Emily Deanne Durant founded Crèatrice Communication & Branding Company shortly after moving to Charlotte, North Carolina. Working with various brands and businesses, Emily has the unique ability to develop, curate, and manage brands of all kinds. Whether you are offering services, selling products, or publicly marketing yourself, Emily at Crèatrice has the tools you need to reach success. In addition to being the Founder and Lead Communication Specialist at  Crèatrice, Emily is the Morning News Producer at WBTV, delivering the need-to-know news of the day to the Queen City.

In Charlotte, NC, Emily has served in many roles such as the Culture Coordinator for Experis and Director of Marketing at Performance Staffing Solutions. Her focus is on diversifying corporate culture through retention initiatives, facilitating team-working opportunities, and philanthropic endeavors, as well as developing and managing public-facing social channels and brand image. Emily also enjoys her work with various influential restaurants, Hall & Webb Event Design, and Piper Glenn Country Club designing, assisting, and executing high-class functions and corporate gatherings. 

After graduating from High Point University,
where Emily studied for her B.A. in
Communication and Performing Arts and
her M.A. in Communication and Business
Leadership, she discovered that her expertise
could help companies grow their brand from
the inside out. Emily is committed to
strengthening and nurturing relationships
within organizations and between an
organization, members of the media, and the
public.

Originally from Hampton, New Hampshire,
Emily remains an active community member
through the Miss Hampton Beach Pageant
Foundation, the local Girl Scout troop, the Hampton United Methodist Church, and other organizations.
